VISA processing
and the invitation letter
Dear EIC Participants from Countries Requiring a Visa to Enter the Czech Republic,
we are actively working in cooperation with the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure that the visa process is smooth and your journey to Prague is trouble-free.
What we kindly ask of you:
- Please make sure that all people requesting invitation letter are registered in the EKF database via your national EKF representative.
- EKF database registration is required for all participants — whether you will compete, take an exam, attend the seminar or to be a supporter only. Having your name listed in the EKF database will help consular offices with visa processing.
2. If you need invitation letter for your visa application, please, request it here from us. We will be issuing letters soon after your application and sending them to your selected email for communication with the embassy or consulate.
